Design Fee Contract
Thank you for your interest in The Basement Construction Company to prepare a design for your upcoming basement project.
I understand that The Basement Construction Company will come to my house and discuss my basement project with me and during this meeting the BCC will measure my basement space in order to accurately design a construction layout plan according to my interest. During this visit The BCC will record a credit card number for the plan fee to be charged to after delivery of the 1st design.
Design Fee Terms:

$65 -$120 in home consultation and measure fee, paid at consultation time.

Upon receipt of this 1st plan client agrees to allow his/her credit card to be debited for the full design fee: $250 for under 1200sf or $350 over 1200sf.

During consultation client may request no 3D’s renderings. Please note that without these visuals some design details such as soffitt sizes and locations,arches, niches, wet bars,accent walls etc, may be difficult to relate to prospective framers and carpenters!
